In person property showings for potential tenants
Screening of all applicants, using financial, background, and reference checks to qualify would-be tenants.
Assistance & guidance for the move-in & move-out process of tenants. (Key exchange, inspections, utility transfers, security deposits etc.)
Monthly billing efforts and coordination between tenants & maintenance team or outside vendors
Repair efforts and coordination between tenants & maintenance team or outside vendors
Online statements documenting a rental's Income & expenses with 24/7 access
Response service for tenants in the event of a repair emergency or other urgent problems
Processing of all tasks related to evicting a tenant in violation of their lease
Periodic visits to verify tenants are respecting the unit and no hidden problems exist behind the scenes.
Photos of the rental unit for marketing purposes
Payment of all bills for the rental unit.
Property manager guarantees that a new tenant will stay in the home for at least six months; should an unexpected departure occur, a new tenant will be found for no additional fee.
In the event of damages caused by an approved pet, property manager pays the associated repair costs.
We'll pay for the court costs, attorney fees, and filing of an eviction if your tenant doesn't pay.
If you are not happy with our services, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right. If you want out of the agreement, you can cancel at anytime without penalty.
